Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The intended operations for processing are:
– Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the RESPONSIBLE and will be related to their products and services, or those of their collaborators or suppliers, with whom an agreement of promotion has been reached. – Conducting market studies and statistical analysis.
– Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact forms provided on the RESPONSIBLE’s website.
– Sending the online newsletter about updates, offers, and promotions in our activity.
Why can we process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
– With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
– By legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE: conducting market studies, statistical analysis, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as legal prescriptions dictate their custody. When they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization of the data or complete destruction of the same.

Why can we process your personal data?
Legal basis of processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given consent for processing their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the social network of the RESPONSIBLE, showing interest in the information published on it. Therefore, at the time of requesting to follow our official profiles, you provide us with your consent for the processing of those personal data published in your profile.
The USER can access the privacy policies of the social network at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
The RESPONSIBLE has access and processes that public information of the USER, especially their contact name. These data are only used within the social network itself and are not incorporated into any file.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: they will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent granted, as indicated in this privacy policy.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
Communication of data: the information provided by the USER through the social networks of the RESPONSIBLE, including personal data, may be published, always depending on the services that the USER uses, and may be available to other third-party users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, see the permissions that have been granted, eliminate them, or deactivate them, like any application of a third party that they no longer wish to use.
No personal data communication to third parties outside the social network is expected, except if it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed the confidentiality and processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

2. Use of Profile
The RESPONSIBLE will perform the following actions:
– Access to public profile information.
– Publication in the USER’s profile of all information already published on the RESPONSIBLE’s social network.
– Sending personal and individual messages through the channels of the social network.
– Status updates of the page that will be published in the USER’s profile.
The USER can always control their connections, delete the contents that no longer interest them, and restrict who they share their connections with; to do this, they must access their privacy settings.
Once the USER becomes a follower or has joined the RESPONSIBLE’s social network, they can publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The USER must be the owner of the published content, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the social network, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or is likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or infringes, violates, or breaches the intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the Law, is expressly prohibited.
In these cases, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to immediately withdraw the content, without prior communication, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The RESPONSIBLE will not be responsible for the content freely published by a USER.
The USER should be aware that their publications will be known by other users, so they are primarily responsible for their privacy.
Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the RESPONSIBLE but will remain on the social network.
3. Data of Minors or People with Special Capacities
Access and registration through the RESPONSIBLE’s social networks is prohibited to minors under 18 years old. If the USER has special capacities, the intervention of the holder of their parental authority or
guardianship, or their legal representative by a valid document accrediting the representation, will be necessary.
The RESPONSIBLE will be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or people with special capacities. The RESPONSIBLE’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors, therefore, if the USER is a minor, they should not register, use the RESPONSIBLE’s social networks, or provide any personal information.
